How long does it take for Clubcard points to be allocated?
All envelopes are processed within 14 days of receipt. Please allow up to 16 weeks for your envelope to arrive with us through the recycling unit returns system.

We process over 6 million inkjet cartridges for recycling. Due to the volume of cartridges returned to us, it is not possible to contact every person to confirm receipt of their cartridges.

Yes – if you have a cartridge that is not eligible for Clubcard points, you can still help the environment and return your cartridge for recycling.

Every cartridge returned is checked to ensure it is in a fit condition to be recycled. If your cartridge does not meet our recycling criteria or is damaged, then the cartridge is not eligible for Clubcard points. We do not take any responsibility for cartridges lost or damaged in transit.

No – Clubcard points are not awarded if the cartridge is broken or does not meet our recycling criteria.

Yes – you can return more than one cartridge per envelope. A maximum of 100 cartridges can be returned per Clubcard number per year.

No – we only accept inkjet cartridges for recycling.

No – due to the volume of cartridges received, it is not possible to return cartridges.
