Dementia is the UK’s biggest killer with someone developing it every three minutes. There’s currently no cure. Dementia affects over 850,000 people in the UK with numbers set to rise to two million by 2051.
Alzheimer’s Society is the only UK charity that campaigns for change, funds and researchers to find a cure and supports people living with dementia today.
The leading charity provides support, society and research for people with dementia, their families and carers. By 2022 the charity has the ambition to do the following:
Alzheimer’s Society has committed to spending £150 million on cutting-edge research over the next decade but need your help to make this happen. Every penny donated to Alzheimer’s Society is making sure they can be there for people affected by dementia.
Since becoming a partner of the Alzheimer Society, The Recycling Factory have donated over £20,000 but we don’t want it to stop there. So, please continue to recycle for the Alzheimer Society and help us grow our partnership.
This recycling scheme for charities is a completely free of charge service. We donate 100% of the value of all inkjet cartridges, which are successfully recycled.
Only selected inkjet cartridges are eligible for a donation, therefore please ensure that you check to see if the cartridge that you intend to recycle is listed.
